What does the cleaning cost?
Nothing at the moment. Two hours of standard cleaning are free. You only leave a card on file in case of a late cancellation — otherwise it is never charged.
Why is it free?
The cleaning is recorded from a first-person perspective, and robotics labs learn how people do everyday tasks from those recordings. The value of that data covers the cost of the cleaning.
Who comes to my home?
An employed professional of a Munich partner firm we hold a contract with — not an anonymous platform worker and not a chain of subcontractors.
What happens to the recordings?
Faces, screens, documents and anything personal are blurred on the device itself before anything is uploaded. That step cannot be reversed.
Can I cancel?
Free up to 24 hours before the appointment, through the link in your confirmation. For later cancellations we charge a late-cancellation fee whose amount you confirm before booking.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No. Supplies and equipment come with the firm.
